It’s a brackish water bottom feeder native to the Gulf of Mexico and other places close by. It is not an eel. I’ve wanted to keep one for a really long time, but I’ve only ever seen them at PetsMart and I don’t want to give that place my money because it sucks ass at keeping fish.
